3. Course Access & License

Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the purchased course for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not share your account, resell access, or redistribute course materials without our written permission.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are processed securely via Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate billing information, including your country and, where applicable, state and GSTIN, for correct invoicing.

5. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements, which may include assessments or exams as described on the relevant course page. We reserve the right to withhold certification if course requirements are not met.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, branding, and content on this Site are the property of Brite Path or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brite Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or courses, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or business opportunity.
